Each hand dyed silk is unique in the way the dye moves across the surface of the textile. The reflective quality of the silk shifts the color and it can flow from one shade or tint into another. The buyer should consider the flow of the dye as one might think of the veins of color running through a stone or mineral; there is an overall sense of the color, but each micro area is full of surprises and wonder.

This 22″ x 90″ silk shawl is generously sized if you want more fabric to play with.  Super soft and supple, there are many other ways to wear it besides the variations shown in the gallery.
